Four simple steps. Nothing more.

  1. 30-minute call — free.You present your company. I tell you if a diagnostic makes sense for you, and which one. If not, I tell you too — no invoice.
  2. Signed scope.Once the plan is chosen, a one-pager defines scope, dates, and deliverables. You pay 50% on kickoff, 50% on delivery.
  3. Interviews and analysis.I interview you and key people. I look at your tools. I measure friction points. You don't need to prepare anything special — I send questions in advance.
  4. Delivery and report.A video or on-site session to present conclusions, the written report, the three priority actions. You leave with an executable plan, not a PDF to file away.
