How it works, no jargon
The AI doesn't memorize your content. It reads it.
Picture a consultant with all your company's documentation in front of them — your site, product sheets, PDFs. For each visitor question, they check those documents and answer while citing the source page. Technically, that's called RAG (retrieval-augmented generation). Concretely, it changes three things for you.
- The agent "knows" nothing about your company. It reads your documents on every request. Update a page this morning, the agent knows this afternoon. No retraining, no waiting.
- Your data doesn't feed any public model. Aïves Chat uses Mistral, a French AI model hosted in Europe. Your content doesn't go training at OpenAI, Google or Meta. It stays in your perimeter, in the EU. Local server option for organizations that require it.
- Every answer is verifiable. The source link appears under the answer. If the agent says something that's not on your site, you see it immediately. No undetected hallucination.

1-month trial, how it works: you create an account (no credit card), receive a short snippet to paste in the head of your site. The agent activates as soon as the script is detected and you get Pro features for 30 days. At D-7, an email invites you to pick your plan. On day 31, if no plan is validated, the agent sleeps and your site no longer shows the widget — your conversations stay accessible for 30 days in your Aïves space while you decide.
One conversation = a 30-minute user session with at least one exchange with the agent. Overage: €0.08 per extra conversation, billed monthly.

Privacy & GDPR
What happens with your data.
European hosting. App and database in the EU. Transit to the US minimized and documented.
Mistral model, hosted in Europe. Aïves Chat is built on a French AI model (Mistral), processed in Paris. No data is sent to OpenAI, Google or Meta.
Signed DPA. GDPR processor agreement, processing register, SCCs.
On-request deletion. Any data erased within 30 days on request.
GDPR posture is under operational verification (hosting chain, DPA agreements, strict localization). The "Amsterdam hosting" claim will be published once the chain is fully validated.
