Contact form

Data: name, email address, company (optional), estimated budget (optional), message. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Your message is routed through Gmail (Google), and a reply draft is prepared by the Google Gemini AI model; that draft is always reviewed and sent by a human. Google acts as a processor; any transfers to the United States are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Your data is used solely to respond to you.

AivesChat free trial

Data: email address, company name, VAT number (optional). Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR). This data is stored in our application database and used solely to open and manage your trial account. The welcome email is sent via Resend (processor; any US transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Live chat

The chat widget only loads after you give your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR). It stores data locally in your browser (localStorage), and your conversations are processed by Mistral AI (hosted in the European Union).

Audience measurement and advertising

With your consent only (art. 6.1.a GDPR), the site loads Google Analytics (audience measurement) and Google Ads conversion tracking. Without consent, neither tracker is loaded. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser.

Retention period

Contact form: a maximum of 3 years. AivesChat trial: for the duration of the trial account, then deleted. Consent choice: stored in your browser.
