Contact form

Data: name, email address, company (optional), estimated budget (optional), message. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Your message is routed through Gmail (Google), and a reply draft is prepared by the Google Gemini AI model; that draft is always reviewed and sent by a human. Google acts as a processor; any transfers to the United States are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Your data is used solely to respond to you.

AivesChat free trial

Data: email address, company name, VAT number (optional). Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR). This data is stored in our application database and used solely to open and manage your trial account. The welcome email is sent via Resend (processor; any US transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Live chat

When you send a message to Aïves Chat on this site, your messages and the history needed to respond pass through our server and are sent to Mistral AI for processing. The contact journey keeps the conversation in your browser tab (sessionStorage), so you can resume it after navigating or reloading. You can clear it with ‘New conversation’; this session storage ends when the tab closes. The site does not save these conversations in a prospect database, and the chat does not send emails. To send a request to Yves, use the direct contact form below the chat. Do not enter passwords or confidential information.

The journey offers brief qualification followed by human contact. A random technical cookie valid for 24 hours and server counters limit AI calls. Counters use pseudonymous identifiers and expire after 24 hours without a newly admitted call. Selected software is included in the context sent to the model. Logos are served by our site. The direct form can include your conversation, which you can edit before confirming submission.

Audience measurement and advertising

With your consent only (art. 6.1.a GDPR), the site loads Google Analytics (audience measurement) and Google Ads conversion tracking. Without consent, neither tracker is loaded. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser.

Retention period

Contact form: a maximum of 3 years. AivesChat trial: for the duration of the trial account, then deleted. Consent choice: stored in your browser.
